With summers almost gone and winters approaching, it’s time to start with jäggery dishes! Jaggery is extremely healthy to be consumed in winters and provides warmth to the body. My mom has been making this Thekua, with flour and jaggery, for us since our childhood. So this actually marks the beginnning of summers for us. It’s like winter cookies, tasty, healthy and acts as a sweet dish as well. Let’s see how we make it. And please don't forget it's TEEJ. So this recipe is for all of my special ladies. Love you guys!
These cookies are totally eggless
Ingredients ⬇️
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Cardomon powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee- 4-5 tsp
Kishmish- 8-9
Jaggery water - 1/2 cup
