It’s lord Krishna’s birthday and this calls for sweets. My mother has always been making pag mithai for Janmashtami as a tradition and now I follow the same. It’s a sweet delicacy made with muskmelon seeds, ghee and sugar. No added flavours and pure bliss. This barfi is an exclusive sweet made only for this occasion so let’s quickly get to it.

Muskmelon seed - 50 gram
Sugar - half cup
Ghee - 1tsp
Water - half cup
