In this video, we are making Chole Masala or Kabuli Chana Masala in Punjabi style. From the name itself, sounds like a tasty masaledaar punjabi dish. It is cooked with overnight soaked kabuli Chana and mixed with spices and herbs to give it a great aroma and flavour. Chana Masala goes well with naan or even bhaturas or Chole Bhature. It’s a wholesome weekend lunch meal enjoyed with mint chutney and masaledaar pyaaz.

INGREDIENTS

Chole chane - 200 gram
Onion -2 big finely chopped
Cumin seeds- half tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
Corriender powder- 1tbsp
Cumin powder- 1tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves- for garnish
Oil- 2-3 tsp
Raw Tomato - half
