Hive Open Mic Week #112 'Tradición local' | Memorias del llano (Instrumental-Original) 🎧 [ENG/ESP]

[ENG] Greetings, Hive community! This week I have recorded an improvisation for the theme 'Tradición local'(Local tradition). I was born and live in Venezuela, a country with a variety of artistic expressions associated with flokore and the tradition of the first settlers. Llanera music is something very characteristic of this country, full of energetic and lively sounds. I have visited 'Los llanos' on several occasions, they are different places, without the noise of the cities, where work comes first, the sun beats down there and there is a lot of walking.

The music I made for this week is composed of two layers of video, the first I make a rhythmic base with the Venezuelan cuatro, integrating some whistles at the end, in the second take I am making a guitar plucking with the acoustic one and I end up accompanying the whistles with some maracas. Most of the time it is an improvisation, taking various sounds from memories, from the llanera music that my family sometimes listens to.

[ESP] ¡Saludos, comunidad de Hive! Esta semana he grabado una improvisación para el tema 'Tradicción local'. Yo nací y vivo en Venezuela, un país con variedad de expresiones artísticas asociadas al flokore y la tradición de los primeros pobladores. La música llanera es algo muy característico de este país, repleta de sonidos enérgicos y vivaces. Yo he visitado los llanos en varias ocasiones, son lugares diferentes, sin el ruido de las ciudades, donde el trabajo es lo primero, allá el sol pega fuerte y se camina bastante.

La música que realicé para esta semana está compuesta de dos capas de video, la primera hago una base rítmica con el cuatro venezolano, integrando al final algunos silbidos, en la segunda toma estoy haciendo un punto con la guitarra acústica y termino acompañando los silbidos con unas maracas. Es la mayor parte del tiempo una improvisación, tomando varios sonidos de las memorias, de la música llanera que mi familia a veces escucha.
