bueno amigos de la comunidad de swc el dia de hoy les presento esta rutina muy eficiente para ganar fuerza.
Comenzamos con una neutral pull ups, realizaremos 12 repeticiones 4 series.
Seguidas de unas push ups supinas 15 repeticiones 4 series.
después realizaremos unas comando push ups 12 repeticiones 4 series.
luego realizaremos unas chin ups con agarre semi cerrado 15 repeticiones 4 series.
terminando la rutina con una pull ups 15 repeticiones 4 series.

We start with a neutral pull ups, we will perform 12 repetitions 4 sets.
Followed by supine push ups 15 reps 4 sets.
then perform command push ups 12 repetitions 4 sets.
then perform chin ups with semi closed grip 15 reps 4 sets.
finishing the routine with a pull up 15 reps 4 sets.
