    Community El dia de hoy me propuse a traerles una rutina de bicep y espalda que les sera de gran ayuda si quieres ganar volumen en la espalda y mas fuerza en tus brazos.

    • Saludos, el dia de hoy tengo planeado mostrarles 6 ejercicios enfocados en la espalda y el bicep , estos ejercicios nos van a ayudar a ganar tanto fuerza como volumen.

    • comenzamos la rutina con uno de los ejercicios mas eficientes para entrenar esta area y este ejercicio seria el Muscle up. Vamos hace 5 repeticiones de muscle up por 4 series.

    • El siguiente ejercicio por realizar serán las pull ups o dominadas , de este ejercicio haremos 12 repeticiones de pull ups por 4 series.

    • las pull ups la pueden hacer a su preferencia, con agarre abierto, cerrado o como las estoy realizando yo con el agarre normal.

    • luego realizaremos fondos que serian 15 fondos 4 series

    • y después de realizar este ejercicio haremos flexiones con brazos abiertos , 15 flexiones 4 series.

    • Ya casi culminando la rutina aremos unas australians, máximo en repeticiones cuatro series y también realizarán australians con agarre chin ups.

    • Greetings, today I plan to show you 6 exercises focused on the back and bicep, these exercises will help us to gain both strength and volume.

    • We start the routine with one of the most efficient exercises to train this area and this exercise would be the Muscle up. We are going to do 5 repetitions of muscle up for 4 sets.

    • The next exercise to perform will be the pull ups or pull ups, of this exercise we will do 12 repetitions of pull ups for 4 sets.

    • pull ups can be done as you prefer, with open or closed grip or as I am doing them with the normal grip.

    • then we will perform bottoms which would be 15 bottoms 4 sets

    • and after this exercise we will do push-ups with open arms, 15 push-ups 4 sets.

    • Almost at the end of the routine we will do a set of aussies, four repetitions maximum, and we will also do aussies with chin ups.
