    Hello Hive users, who are looking for a healthier and more energetic life. In this next fitness video, we will see some clear examples of what suicidal people are.

    Ojo con esto, no se refiere a ninguna actividad de autolisis, ni quitarse la vida. Suicida no es otra cosa que una carrera de corto recorrido, en la que se tiene como referencia una cantidad de conos o línea en el suelo. Se recorre distintas distancias con un mínimo de cinco puntos de referencia.

    Be careful with this, it does not refer to any activity of autolysis or taking one's own life. Suicide is nothing more than a short run, in which you have as a reference many cones or lines on the ground. Different distances are covered with a minimum of five reference points.

    Comenzamos corriendo hasta tocar el primer punto y retornamos corriendo, así pasamos al siguiente punto y volvemos, se repite hasta llegar al último punto. En el ejercicio hay que imprimir un control de velocidad, correr más rápido en cada tramo, esto conlleva a un cansancio debido a la carrera progresiva, además de agacharse todo el rato.

    We start running until we touch the first point and we return running, then we pass to the next point and return, it is repeated until we reach the last point. In the exercise you have to control your speed, running faster in each stretch, this leads to fatigue due to the progressive running, as well as bending down all the time.

    Combinación

    Los suicidas son ejercicios de alta intensidad, además de ser una actividad divertida que puede ser aplicada a todas las edades. Se puede combinar con otros ejercicios. Como se visualiza en la última parte del video, los suicidas pueden hacer con sentadillas y finaliza con un sprint a toda velocidad. También pueden ponerle más creatividad como Suicidas + 10 burpess + regresarse en lunges, otra combinación poderosa seria 1 minuto de repiquete + suicidas y repites con 1 minutos de repiqueteo + 10 flexiones + suicidas.

    Suicides are high-intensity exercises, besides being a fun activity that can be applied to all ages. It can be combined with other exercises. As visualized in the last part of the video, suicides can be done with squats and end with a sprint at full speed. You can also get more creative like Suicides + 10 burpees + lunges, another powerful combination would be 1 minute of squat + suicides and repeat with 1 minute of squat + 10 pushups + suicides.

    El punto de la actividad es probar la capacidad de recuperación del usuario, así como maximizar sus reflejas y resistencia.

    The point of the activity is to test the user's resilience, as well as maximize their reflexes and endurance.
