Have you ever noticed that you do the same thing over and over? You go to the same restaurant, eat the same food, you have a few outfits that you wear regularly, you go to the same place for fun and enjoyment. There is a pattern.
Now if you want to break your bad habits, you have to break that pattern. First of all, you have to know why you want to do this. How will it influence your life? If you have a strong why, you will put your effect to take action consistently. You can remind yourself what you are up to and what you are going to change. You can take notes and stick them somewhere you can see. It will give you a reminder. Create a routine so that you can follow it and reward yourself when you hit a specific target. You are not alone here, so you can get support from others.
