Sometimes we do something because that's our habit. And we just cannot avoid doing that. So does that add any value to our work or life? If you do something because that's your addictive behavior, you should change that.
To get rid of addictive behaviors, you need to identify those addictive behaviors first. Then you can make your move to change that habit. You can find triggers that make you do that. If you stop the triggers, you can avoid doing that. You can also substitute those addictive behaviors and make new ones that add value. Let's watch this video.
