You are alone and you really feel bad. You think all sorts of negative things. It makes you more depressed. So how can you stop negative thoughts when you are alone? In this video, I talked about that.
When you are alone, you cannot talk to others. But nowadays, no matter where you live, you can get in touch with others. Maybe you cannot talk to other people face to face, but you can talk to them online. You can message them and be in touch. So you are not as alone as you think.
Is this the worst situation in your life? Maybe not. You can reach for your journal where you write your good and bad moments in life. You see you overcome negative situations in the past, so you can do it this time as well. There are a lot of positive things in your life. Be grateful for that. You have to take initiative and take control of the situation. Or. at least you can react differently. You will feel better.
