You think that you do not earn more and at the end of the month, you have no extra money. By the way, do you need all items that you usually buy? Maybe you go to the market and see something, feel the impulse, and buy that instantly. Before buying something (if that's not a daily necessity), wait for two days or at least 24 hours. See whether you think you still need to buy that. Surprisingly, you find out that you do not need to buy that actually. You can save that money instead. At the time of buying, you can use a debit card or cash rather than a credit card.
