You don't feel like doing anything. You lose motivation and you cannot focus on your work. So what does it take to motivate yourself?
You get up in the morning. It is beautiful outside. Sun is shining and birds are singing. If you pay attention, you see how amazing the environment is. Look at your spouse and kids. You have parents and they are in front of you. Be grateful that you have a family. You can start your day with something you like. You can do exercises. It helps you stay healthy and fit. And you will feel great. Limit your wants and desires. Find happiness with little things. If you can breathe and believe in yourself, you can do better in your life.
