The thing is, you do not do their job. You just see it from the outside. If you actually do their job, you will realize their struggles and challenges. Their job is not easy as you think. You do not have to do everything for a living. You have the options of what to do and what not to do. You can choose your career. When you do something you love, you are very happy to do that even though that's the most difficult task.
