Value The Present Moment

Something happened that you did not expect. You planned and worked for that. Everything was going smoothly. But because of technical issues or some other reasons, it did not happen.

Now you feel bad and worried about what happened. You do not focus on the present. You cannot concentrate your mind on your work. Will worrying about the past change anything. I don't think it will do any good. When you get to know the issue, you should fix that immediately if you have options. Or, at least do something to minimize your loss. The time you spend thinking about the past, you just waste your time. Focus on the present moment and keep working.
