Today I want to talk to you about something that inspires me: mornings.

Every human functions differently. Some do better at night, they work very well in the silence of the night environment; others in the mornings, because when they just wake up, they have all the energy recharged; others in the afternoon, because they avoid getting up early. I have tried many schedules, and a mix between the early morning and the mornings works best for me. The silence of the night environment mixed with the dawn, makes me feel immense... because I see the wonder of the beginning of the day.

The sky fills with colors for the first time in the day, as if to say: this is your new hope, don't give up. The clouds are moving to shape the type of day, whether clear or cloudy; and the rising sun fills those clouds, with colors just like its sky. First is a purple, to make a transition between complete darkness and intense light. Then an opaque blue, to get clearer step by step, while the colors red, pink, orange, and yellow do their thing, showing the rising of the sun to the human eye.

About the sunrise in my region:

And it is not only that the sky is filled with colors, it is the cold that does not freeze but refreshes. It is the song of the birds, which also move, fly in freedom, and fill the colorful sky. It is the first rays of sunshine on your face, which you don't even feel, but which fill you with energy. It is the people, leaving their homes to work, saying good morning to those who pass by. They are the first radios of the day, where only songs from the plains, typical of Venezuela, are playing.

All this fills your senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. And in such a delicate way that it doesn't even overwhelm.

The sky is magical, immense, precious, and controlling the weather. But when combined with the mornings, with the dawn of the day, it is hope, illusion, solution, and cure for the soul.

Contemplate the sunrise.

One day, I decided to contemplate the sunrise through my cell phone camera; I took pictures and videos. One of those videos is this one, and as you can see, it is accompanied by a phrase I had written on one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen:

I like to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise or just the sky. It reminds me that I can create something immense that day because I am immense... I am immense because a higher being, God, is showing me something immense that He created because I am also His creation, as is the sky.

At that sunrise, I felt very spiritual. I felt that I could jump and reach one of those pink clouds, grab a piece of it and that in that piece, I would find all the answers to my existential doubts.

I hope that this video, these photos, and this phrase that I share with you, inspire you to contemplate the sunrise. Do it, no matter what your schedule is, contemplate it and cry if you need to, tell it that it is nothing, or that it is everything. The sky is the best company for hopes or sorrows.

Leaving metaphorical and being franker, contemplate it because it is a visual delight; it is one of those little things that are part of your day, but of which you are not aware of because you have "more important" things to do, like sleep, get to work or take care of the baby, however, if you just take ten minutes between the pink and orange of dawn, you will be recharged with passion and energy to carry out what is "really important". Your new beginning, your new opportunity.
