    Que es el Muscle up?
    What is the muscle up?
    El muscle-up es un ejercicio de entrenamiento de fuerza avanzado, dentro del dominio de la calistenia. Es una rutina de combinación de una dominada radial seguida de una inmersión. Existen variaciones tanto para los anillos como para la barra. Al ejecutar las muscle-up ejercitas todos estos músculos: espalda alta, bíceps y tríceps, pectorales y core. Se trata de un movimiento perfecto para ganar fuerza, masa muscular y equilibrio. Fundamental no forzar mucho los codos para evitar lesiones, sobre todo cuando al principio subimos antes un brazo que el otro.
    The muscle-up is an advanced strength training exercise within the realm of calisthenics. It is a combination routine of a radial pull-up followed by a dip. There are variations for both the rings and the bar. When executing the muscle-up you exercise all these muscles: upper back, biceps and triceps, pectorals and core. It is a perfect movement to gain strength, muscle mass and balance. It is fundamental not to force the elbows too much to avoid injuries, especially when at the beginning we raise one arm before the other.
