    Una parada de manos es un movimiento de equilibrio en el que un atleta invierte todo su cuerpo y, en lugar de equilibrarse sobre sus pies, se equilibra solo sobre sus manos.     A handstand is a balance movement in which an athlete inverts their entire body and instead of balancing on their feet, balances only on their hands. They are difficult to perform, requiring a substantial amount of upper body strength, decent flexibility, and exceptional balance.
