If you are tired of your regular chicken dish, this might be your next option. Although it's not very popular locally, it's one of my favorite dishes. Because of its gravy, this dish goes very well with Rice and Roti or Bread.
You can take it in your lunch box or enjoy it at home. Also, because of the richness of this dish, especially the peanut adds so much flavor you can serve this dish to your guests and on any special occasion.
The ingredients are also not very complex. We need regular spices. The trick is to add a good amount of blended peanuts while cooking.
The video shows the cooking process step-by-step. I used a whole chicken weighing around 1 kg and added the spices accordingly. You should adjust the spices and ingredients according to your chicken and taste.
