Hoy en donde vivo amaneció el día nublado y a mi me encanta ese clima. Esta perfecto para realizar esta receta que hice con mucho amor y cariño para compartirla con ustedes.

    Ingredientes / Ingredients
    •2 tazas de avena •1 taza de leche •2 huevos •2 manzanas de tu preferencia •Granola al gusto •1 cucharadita de canela •1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear •2 tazas de avena

    Preparación / Preparation

    Luego de tener la mezcla de la licuadora la vaciamos en el molde en el que vamos a hacer el postre, le ponemos las rodajas de la fruta escogida, le echamos la granola por encima y espolvoreamos la canela.

    Precalentamos el horno por 10 minuto y seguido de ello la metemos a 150° por 15 minutos y vamos monitoreando. Luego de los 15 minutos la sacamos. Lista para servir.
