Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 43

On my way to the Arlington Library, I discovered Fairfax Ruins.

• 00:59 - Sniping some raiders.
• 04:01 - West/Southwest of the scavenger's bridge, there is the Car Dealership building.
• 05:50 - Jumping into the elevated area to find a copy of U.S. Army: 30 Handy Flamethrower Recipes.
• 09:03 - Eliminating more raiders when approaching Fairfax Ruins.
• 12:21 - Killing more enemies.
• 15:25 - Some grenade boxes upstairs.
• 17:30 - Fairfax Abandoned Home is a location added by A World of Pain. A later update expanded the interiors and will be shown in a later episode.
• 17:37 - Killing the raiders inside and leveling up. Choosing the Toughness Perk.
• 19:54 - Lockpicking the safe near the terminal and finding a note inside it.
• 25:21 - Seeing a raider on the second floor of the ruined house.
• 27:10 - First-Aid and ammo boxes on the second floor.
• 28:15 - I have no idea what mod-added that Projector Paradise door. The door cannot be opened even to this date.
• 30:06 - Beware of the falling grate.
• 31:20 - Entering the manhole to the Utility Tunnels.
