Exploring Bethesda Ruins and its tunnels.

• 00:25 - Fast traveling to Farragut West Metro Station.
• 01:35 - Heading north through the ruins.
• 02:44 - The SuperChemBot Retail Center is a location added by In The Shadow of The Swamp mod. fallout 3 in the shadow of the swamp
• 03:23 - Random Encounter.
• 04:20 - Discovering Bethesda Ruins.
• 04:45 - With the Wasteland Violence mod installed, a group of Regulators will attack the area.
• 05:15 - Mercenaries passing by. Probably added by NPC Travel.
• 05:30 - Since everyone is already dead, I will just loot everything.
• 09:11 - Ammo box and First aid box in the truck.
• 09:27 - Entering the Bethesda Offices East.
• 09:41 - The Regulators attack the raider inside the building.
• 10:58 - Two doors in the same place. It was probably my fault when installing the Alphas Raider Overhaul. I left both ESM and ESP activated in the load order. The mod is no longer available to download.
• 11:56 - The raider with flame thrower has a copy of U.S. Army: 30 Handy Flamethrower Recipes.
• 12:25 - Tahnyah body contains the "Passwurd Hiddun note". Again, double bodies or double items are issues probably caused by my fault when installing the Alphas Raider Overhaul.
• 12:42 - Torn Page on the table (Alphas Raider Overhaul).
• 12:45 - Mist is a chem also added by Alphas Raider Overhaul.
• 13:54 - Safe Psycho note (Alphas Raider Overhaul).
• 13:58 - Tire Knife Creation Instruction and Torn Page (Alphas Raider Overhaul).
• 14:05 - Chinese Army: Special Ops Training Manual.
• 14:08 - Hacking Damon's Terminal (Alphas Raider Overhaul).

• 20:00 - If you have Epic Mini Nuke mod installed, be careful as there's maybe a mini-nuke in the room. I remember being killed by a big explosion.

• 24:00 - There's some Mist and Safe Psycho in that room.
• 24:51 - Disarming the pressure plate.
• 25:25 - - 25:25 - There is a copy of Dean's Electronics in the room, in a crate sitting on a desk.
• 26:32 - That teddy bear is a trap.
• 27:17 - Disarming frag mine.
• 29:02 - Big Book of Science.
• 30:32 - Entering Bethesda Underworks.
• 32:05 - Level up. Choosing the Demolition Expert perk.
• 34:23 - Jackyl, the dead super mutant, seems to be added by Imperfection The Definitive Creature Mod by DeathclawAlpha.
• 34:49 - That suitcase has the Damon's Terminal Password inside it (Alphas Raider Overhaul).
• 36:32 - Placing some frag mines.
• 38:19 - Glowing One step on the frag mine.
• 39:06 - Stimpaks and Radway.
• 40:33 - Ouch. That hurts!
• 41:35 - Disarming a rigged metal box, probably added by Alphas Raider Overhaul.
• 42:42 - Pulling the barrels out of the room.
• 43:33 - A copy of Grognak The Barbarian.
• 44:08 - Hatch to Damon's Bunker (Alphas Raider Overhaul).
• 45:03 - To access the terminal and open the door, you need to find Damon Terminal Password (34:49).
• 45:36 - The armory is full of good stuff. The layout is the same as the National Guard Depot Armory.
• 45:46 - Disarming a pressure plate.
• 46:07 - The Sharp Sledge is a weapon added by Alpha's Raider Overhaul.
• 47:30 - Disarming a pressure plate
• 47:41 - Warning. Concealed mine.
• 48:59 - Meeting Damon, a friendly raider.
