Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 122

I arrive in Georgetown, find one unique nightwear, and explore the nearby apartments.

• 00:24 - I'm in front of the White House.
• 00:39 - Entering the Penn. Ave-Georgetown Metro.
• 01:58 - Grenades and ammo boxes near the beds.
• 02:30 - Inspecting the metro carriages.
• 03:12 - Some raiders appeared.
• 04:50 - Entering the overturned metro car.
• 05:07 - Exiting the metro car, Haffley's Squad showed up (Wasteland Violence mod).
• 06:13 - Metro gate to Georgetown.
• 06:41 - Discovering the Georgetown East. Super mutants to the southwest.
• 07:24 - Sniping super mutants in the building to the north and around the area.
• 09:26 - Entering the La Maison Beauregard.
• 09:34 - In a previous episode, I found the "Sorry, My Darling" holotape in the presidential metro. It triggers the unmarked quest, The Sorrowful Suitor. The holotape mentions the place and a special gift.
• 10:03 - Lag-Bolt is also here, waiting for his girlfriend (the one killed in the presidential metro). He is hostile to anyone.
• 10:24 - I collect the Lag-Bolt's Combat Armor, Lag-Bolt's Note, Lag-Bolt's Shades, and Lag-Bolt's Suitcase Key.
• 12:24 - A Mini Nuke, missiles, a stealth boy, and stimpaks.
• 12:32 - Opening the suitcase with the key found in Lag-Bolt's body. The All-Night Nightwear is inside.
• 13:30 - A Nuka Cola Quantum.
• 13:42 - There was supposed to be a US Army: 30 Handy Flamethrower Recipes on the floor, near the bottles. I don't remember if I found the book when returning later or if the book fell through the floor.
• 13:57 - Outside again, the BoS seems to have cleared the area.
• 15:27 - Discovering Georgetown Luxury Apartments (A World Of Pain for Fallout 3).
• 17:04 - I enter the Luxury Apartments.
• 18:20 - Placing a frag mine and being detected by the super mutants inside.
• 19:38 - Super mutants in the upper floors. Missile incoming!
• 21:43 - Looting the dead and the lockers.
• 22:57 - Oops! I forgot Star Paladin Cross outside.
• 23:15 - I finally kill the Super Mutant equipped with the missile launcher.
• 25:35 - Positioning the allies around the area before I move forward. I also place some frag mines near the doors.
• 26:27 - Door to the apartments.
• 27:06 - More mutants in the area. I place frag mines to the left and right before luring the mutants and retreating to the entrance where the companions are ready.
• 28:03 - More mutants attack through the role in the ceiling.
• 29:03 - Placing another mine before going through the door. Another mutant was waiting on the other side.
• 30:44 - Repositioning the frag mines.
• 31:27 - Overlord steps on the mine on the stairs. I use the stairs to reach the upper floor.
• 32:43 - Placing some plasma mines in the apartments.
• 34:38 - Shots fired in the apartment to the left.
• 35:03 - Panicking and retreating to the entrance.
• 35:40 - As no one followed me, I returned to the apartment area.
• 35:44 - Someone stepped on my mines. I kill the survivors and start looting the place.
• 37:33 - AWOP consumables boost some stats.
• 39:19 - I bring the companions with me.
• 41:12 - That door leads back to the lobby.
• 42:15 - Using the hole in the floor to reach the inaccessible area of the apartments. More things to loot there.
• 44:08 - That door needs a key.
• 45:46 - A dead Brotherhood of Steel Knight in the hallway. He had a T51-C Power Armor and Helmet. I give the T51-C Helmet to Star Paladin Cross.
• 47:26 - Stairs to the upper level.
• 47:49 - Door to the lobby. It's the upper area you could see through the hole in the ceiling.
• 48:20 - Lockicking the door. It's a storage room.
• 49:24 - Another dead Brotherhood of Steel Knight on the other side of the hole in the floor. It's near a table. Also, another set of T51-C Power Armor.
• 50:50 - Door to the balcony.
• 53:20 - Leaving the building.
