    • 00:43 - Entering the sewer pipe that leads to Hubris Comics Utility Tunnels.
    • 01:11 - Lots of feral ghouls.
    • 02:03 - A copy of Dean's Electronics.
    • 02:49 - Glowing one and more ghouls.
    • 04:36 - Chasing a feral ghoul and setting myself on fire.
    • 07:39 - Some ammo boxes.
    • 10:08 - Entering Hubris Comics Publishing.
    • 13:45 - There's a copy of Tales of Junktown Jerky Vendor on that bookshelf above the rigged terminal.
    • 15:17 - Passing through the pile of rubble to reach the other side.
    • 15:38 - Disarming the tripwire and collecting the rigged shotgun.
    • 16:18 - Failing to disarm the rigged Baby Carriage.
    • 17:12 - Placing some frag mines, then shooting the ghouls.
    • 21:50 - That another door to the Utility Tunnels.
    • 24:36 - Disarming the first grenade bouquet.
    • 25:07 - Disarming the second grenade bouquet and the tripwire.
    • 25:42 - One terminal with the Reign of Grelok, a text adventure game. I didn't play it the right way.
    • 29:07 - Activating a trap accidentally, but I have already disarmed the grenade bouquet.
    • 29:24 - Ammo and first aid boxes. Also, a glowing one appears upstairs.
    • 39:32 - Some ghouls were still alive.
    • 31:30 - Disarming another tripwire.
    • 32:53 - Elevator to Hubris Comics Printing.
    • 33:45 - Snipping the ghouls.
    • 34:41 - Attempting to destroy the turrets while they shoot the feral ghouls.
    • 35:54 - Killing a ghoul called Mad Johnny Wes, that was holding a minigun.
    • 37:22 - Accessing the Printing Press Terminal.
    • 37:32 - Turning the printing press on causes smoke to come out of the machines. The smoke that rises from the printing press obscures the vision of the turrets, causing them to stop firing, and interferes with Mad Johnny Wes' aim.
    • 36:05 - Disarming some frag mines.
    • 39:48 - LOL. What just happened?
    • 41:19 - That locked door (and that creep noise) are added by the An Evening With Mr. Manchester mod.
