Email 101 Part 11 - Promotional Emails

If you see this video twice, you can blame my impatience. First, I could not upload it yesterday before I went to bed, I tried for over 8 hours but no luck. First thing this morning, I uploaded the video but 9 hours later it is still "encoding". Past experience tells me that eventually, the encoding will fail. So, I am trying to be pre-emptive and uploading before that happens. I have my fingers crossed.

This is part 11 of my email 101 series and focuses on promotional emails. This type of email is where you reap the benefits of having built a strong relationship with your readers.
