Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a routine to increase the strength, resistance and muscularity of our biceps, this routine has exercises that are very good and a little difficult even so we must take into account the strength that we must have when doing this.
Los biceps son el musculo que mejor se ve en las personas, por esto deseamos tanto tener unos biceps grande y fuertes, con esta rutina te aseguro que lograras esos biceps que tanto deseas ya que esta rutina crea una hipertrofia en los musculos drasticamente, esto acumulando el descanso que solo sera de 30 seg por ejercicio y 1 minuto por serie.
The biceps are the muscle that is best seen in people, that is why we want so much to have big and strong biceps, with this routine I assure you that you will achieve those biceps that you want so much since this routine drastically creates a hypertrophy in the muscles, this accumulating the rest that will only be 30 seconds per exercise and 1 minute per series.
