community Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you part of the exhibition in sambil valencia, in this case I will bring you the calisthenics part together with the exhibition of freestyle amateur and semi-professional category.

Lo primero que vimos en esta exhibicion fue nuestros ejercicios basicos de calistenia como lo son las pull ups, bar dips, fondos, flexiones y otro tipo de ejercicios avanzados que fueron demostrados por nuestros atletas de swc.

The first thing we saw in this exhibition was our basic calisthenics exercises such as pull ups, bar dips, dips, push-ups and other types of advanced exercises that were demonstrated by our swc athletes.

Luego de hacer esta exhibicion pasamos al apartado de exhibicion freestyle categoria amateur en la cual varios atletas se desempeñaron en este apartado, cabe a destacar que la categoria amateur es principiante lo cual podemos ver la diferencia de fuerza y tecnica en estos movimientos, luego de terminar con esta categoria fuimos directo con la categoria semi profesional donde vimos mucho mas nivel que en la anterior pero aun asi quedan atletas por ver y con mucho mas nivel.

After doing this exhibition we went to the section of exhibition freestyle amateur category in which several athletes performed in this section, it should be noted that the amateur category is beginner which we can see the difference in strength and technique in these movements, after finishing with this category we went directly with the semi-professional category where we saw much more level than in the previous one but even so there are still athletes to see and with much more level.
