El reto consiste en aguantas el mayor tiempo en posicion de sentadilla pegado a la pared esta sin exagerar mucho la postura, en este video me reto @milagroscdlrr la cual duro 13 minutos y no pude superarla ya que es muchisimo tiempo pero aun asi aqui esta mi participacion.
The challenge consists of enduring the longest time in a squat position against the wall without exaggerating the position, in this video @milagroscdlrr challenged me, which lasted 13 minutes and I could not overcome it since it is a long time but still here is my stake.
En este post yo reto a @yeral-diaz @kembrishep-007 @manuelramos a que puedan derrotar el tiempo de milagros, suerte.
