    Community, soy ramsses y a continuacion les traere una rutina de parada de manos, esta rutina se me dificulta un poco ya que es mi estatico mas debil aun asi podremos dominarlo.

    community Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a handstand routine, this routine is a bit difficult for me since it is my weakest static even so we can master it.

    Explicación
    Explanation

    • En el primer ejercicio debemos mantener de 30 segundos a 1 minuto todo de dependiendo de su nivel de fuerza y aguante.

    • Debemos tener asistencia con la pared o pedirle ayuda a un amigo cercano.

    • En el segundo ejercicio haremos lo mismo pero este debe ser inverso a la pared.

    • Este lo debemos hacer en la pared ya que nos ayudara a mejorar nuestra postura en la parte lumbar.

    • En el tercer ejercicio haremos repeticiones de pick push ups.

    • Haremos 10 repeticiones y 3 series como minimo.

    • En el cuarto ejercicio haremos dominadas en parada de manos.

    • Haremos 10 repeticiones y 3 series como minimo dependiendo de el nivel y fuerza de cada uno.


    • In the first exercise we must maintain from 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on your level of strength and endurance.

    • We must have assistance with the wall or ask a close friend for help.

    • In the second exercise we will do the same but this must be the opposite of the wall.

    • We must do this on the wall as it will help us improve our posture in the lower back.

    • In the third exercise we will do repetitions of pick push ups.

    • We will do 10 repetitions and 3 series at least.

    • In the fourth exercise we will do pull-ups in handstand.

    • We will do 10 repetitions and 3 series at least depending on the level and strength of each one.
