Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a leg routine with 30kg weight, this routine is only made for people who can support this weight or more.
Normalmente los calistenicos estamos acostumbrados a hacer solo ejercicios del torso, pero en este post les traigo unos ejercicios de pierna que les ayudaran muchisimo para mejorar esos musculos en las piernas y tambien nos dara resistencia para poder correr, trotar, etc.
Normally, calisthenics are used to doing only torso exercises, but in this post I bring you some leg exercises that will help you a lot to improve those leg muscles and will also give us resistance to run, jog, etc.
