    Community, soy ramsses y a continuacion les traere una rutina de plancha con liga nivel avanzado, esta rutina es mi primera despues de la lesion en mi muñeca y aun asi nos sirve para condicionar y acostumbrar de nuevo el musculo.

    El primer ejercicio sera mantener en full plancha normal maximo tiempo esto ayudando acostumbrar nuestra postura, segundo ejercicio haremos flexiones en full plancha para hacer recordar a nuestro musculo la tension que necesitamos en este movimiento, como tercer ejercicio haremos flexiones en plancha supinas, estas son algo dificiles ya que se harian como si estuvieramos en una barra fija, cuarto ejercicio mantendremos maximo tiempo el full plancha maltesse y para terminar haremos aguante de tuck avanzado maximo tiempo.
    The first exercise will be to maintain a normal full plank for a maximum of time, this will help us to get used to our posture, the second exercise we will do push-ups in a full plank to remind our muscles of the tension we need in this movement, as a third exercise we will do supine push-ups, these are something Difficult since they would be done as if we were on a fixed bar, fourth exercise we will maintain the full iron Maltese for the maximum time and to finish we will hold the advanced tuck for maximum time.
