Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a front lever routine at home, this routine is advanced which we must have already mastered this technique.
En este rutina haremos ejercicios muy avanzados lo cual debemos tener dominada esta tecnica y con un poco mas de resistencia de la comun ya que estos ejercicios pueden ser algo complejos a la hora de realizar el movimiento, justo grabando este video pude notar que he perdido un poco de resistencia pero gracias a esta rutina lograremos recuperar eso que perdimos.
In this routine we will do very advanced exercises which we must have mastered this technique and with a little more resistance than the common one since these exercises can be somewhat complex when performing the movement, just recording this video I could notice that I have lost a little resistance but thanks to this routine we will be able to recover what we lost.
