    Esta rutina consta de solo 3 ejercicios que te haran explotar esos hombros y pectorales, el primer ejercicio seran flexiones abiertas combinadas con flexiones normales, esto quiere decir que cada vez que bajemos y subamos cambiaremos el agarre, como segundo ejercicio haremos flexiones arqueras pero estas las haremos de una forma diferente, pues bajaremos y luego iremos a cada lado y luego subiremos cuando estemos en el centro y por ultimo tenemos las flexiones en agarre mixto, este ejercicio es muy fuerte y llevara tus hombros al limite haremos con un agarre y luego cambiaremos el agarre de las manos.
    This routine consists of only 3 exercises that will make you explode those shoulders and pectorals, the first exercise will be open push-ups combined with normal push-ups, this means that every time we go down and up we will change the grip, as a second exercise we will do archery push-ups but these are the we will do it in a different way, because we will go down and then we will go to each side and then we will go up when we are in the center and finally we have the push-ups in mixed grip, this exercise is very strong and will take your shoulders to the limit we will do with a grip and then we will change the grip of the hands.
