Community, I'm Ramsses and now I'm going to bring you a super advanced push routine, although mostly it's for our back and shoulders, which are the muscles that these exercises work..
Esta rutina esta conformada con ejercicios que tienen una tecnica llamada (hollow), esta tecnica nos permite acumular todo el peso en nuestros hombro, lo cual hace que trabajemos mas este musculo, de por si la rutina esta especificada para los hombros pero esta tecnica ayuda mucho mas a esto que queremos lograr.
This routine is made up of exercises that have a technique called (hollow), this technique allows us to accumulate all the weight on our shoulders, which makes us work this muscle more, in itself the routine is specified for the shoulders but this technique helps much more than what we want to achieve.
