Community, I am ramsses and then I will bring you a plank routine and this is for those people who, like me, stopped training the tension in the planks either due to an injury or something similar, this routine will condition our wrists and get them used to it again.
La rutinas de plancha normalmente se me dificultan ahora por mi lesion en las muñecas sin embargo hoy trabaje para hacer una rutina que pueda aguantar y acondicione mis muñecas para seguir entrenando fuerte y seguir avanzando mas en la plancha.
The plank routines are normally difficult for me now because of my wrist injury, however today I worked to make a routine that I can endure and condition my wrists to continue training hard and continue advancing more in the plank.
