full sports, I am Ramsses and then I will bring you a new video where I will show you 5 exercises that have helped me with back and lumbar pain, we can do these stretches before and after training.
Los estiramientos son un parte muy importante para los entrenamientos, ya que estos nos ayudan a calentar nuestros musuclos asi como tambien nos ayuda a que nuestros musculos se acostumbren y estiren mas alla de donde llegan, en mi deporte esto es muy importante hacerlo antes de entrenar para calentar.
Stretching is a very important part of training, since they help us warm up our muscles as well as help our muscles get used to and stretch beyond where they arrive, in my sport this is very important to do before training for warm up.
