This exercise and the most famous of all is the pull-up, it is famous because it helps us in all our muscle activation and especially in the scapular part that can help us with the front lever, for this reason this exercise is used a lot, apart from the fact that it is also a basic exercise and is performed forever in our basic routines.
En este segundo ejercicio haremos fondos o tambien llamados paralelas, este ejefcicio es de empuje y nos ayuda a lo que es nuestra activacion en los hombros, trapecios, espalda y como musculo secundario nos ayudara tambien al pecho, en este ejercicio debemos tener en cuenta la inclinacion con la que realizamos el movimiento ya que esta, mientras mas inclinado es mas dificil todo dependiendo de el balanceo que tomemos al realizar el ejercicio.

Como tercer ejercicio haremos australian pull ups, un ejercicio de jale que aparte de ayudarnos con la activacion escapular nos ayudara a nuestros dorsales en el front lever y tanto en antebrazos como trapecios tambien nos ayudara, debemos tener en cuenta que mientras mas lento es el ejercicio mas nos pegara y mas dificil sera realizarlo, mi sugerencia es que lo hagamos lento si queremos hacer muchas series y rapido si queremos hipertrofia.
As a third exercise we will do Australian pull ups, a pulling exercise that apart from helping us with scapular activation will help our lats in the front lever and both forearms and trapezius will also help us, we must bear in mind that the slower the exercise is the more it will hit us and the more difficult it will be to do it, my suggestion is that we do it slowly if we want to do many series and fast if we want hypertrophy.

Como cuarto ejercicio haremos bar dips, en este ejercicio subiremos como una muscle up normal y luego haremos el movimiento aun tambien podemos buscar una paralela baja y realizar este movimiento si tener que subir en muscle up, debemos tener en cuenta que en este ejercicio si adelantamos mas, mas nos costara y pegara mas a la hora de realizarlo ya que este trabaja una gran parte en los hombros.
As a fourth exercise we will do bar dips, in this exercise we will go up like a normal muscle up and then we will do the movement we can also look for a low parallel and perform this movement if we have to go up in muscle up, we must take into account that in this exercise if we advance more, more it will cost us and it will hit more when doing it since it works a large part on the shoulders.

Como quinto y ultimo ejercicio tenemos las flexiones, este ejercicio de empuje es el mejor para ma parte de nuestros pectorales, pero no solo eso tambien nos ayudara a nuestra espalda y brazos en general ya que este ejercicio ocupa mucha energia y fuerza pues estamos dejando caer todo el peso en nuestras muñecas.
As the fifth and last exercise we have push-ups, this push-up exercise is the best for most of our pectorals, but not only that, it will also help our back and arms in general since this exercise takes up a lot of energy and strength because we are dropping all the weight on our wrists.
