Community, I'm Ramsses and now I'll bring you a combined super set routine, this means that we'll do a running exercise routine without resting on the high bar and then we'll do 2 separate exercises resting 30 seconds per set.
Las rutinas super sets son excelentes para aumentar nuestra resistencia y fuerza a la hora de hacer varios ejercicios en conjunto, aparte tenemos nuestros ejercicios separados que nos serviran para mejorar nuestros hombros y pecho para tener una mejor musculacion.
The super sets routines are excellent for increasing our resistance and strength when doing several exercises together, we also have our separate exercises that will help us improve our shoulders and chest to have better muscle building.
