    Hola Street Workout Community, hoy les traigo una rutina para entrenar tu fuerza de jale y empuje utilizando solamente variaciones de arqueras.
    Hello Street Workout Community, today I bring you a routine to train your pull and push strength using only archery variations.

    Video

    1- Bardips arqueras
    1- Archer bardips
    Consiste en posicionarte en una neutra de una bardips y de ahí, inclinarte hacia un lado, haciendo solo fuerza con el brazo hacia donde te vas a realizar el movimiento de una arquera.
    It consists of positioning yourself in a neutral of a bardips and from there, leaning to one side, making only force with the arm to where you are going to perform the movement of an archer.


    2- Flexiones arqueras
    2- Archer push-ups
    Una flexión con una dificultad media, que permite trabajar los hombros de manera eficiente y consiste en tener las palmas de las manos abiertas y apuntando una hacia cada lado e inclinarte hacia un lado y volver subir.
    A flexion with a medium difficulty, which allows you to work your shoulders efficiently and consists of having the palms of your hands open and pointing one to each side and leaning to one side and going back up.

    3- Dominadas arqueras
    3- Archers pull ups
    Aquí tendremos que jalar con el brazo con el que vayamos hacer la repetición y tener el mínimo de apoyo posible con el otro brazo.

    4- Dominadas australianas arqueras
    4- Archers australian pull ups
    En este caso estas dominadas australianas arqueras las haremos de una manera diferente, aquí jalaremos y haremos toda la fuerza con el brazo que vayamos a realizar la repetición del ejercicio sin mantener la negativa arriba.
    In this case, we will do these Australian archer pull-ups in a different way, here we will pull and do all the strength with the arm that we are going to perform the repetition of the exercise without keeping the negative up.
