    Hola comunidad de Street Workout Community, hoy les traigo una rutina para fortalecer y entrenar el front lever.
    Hello Street Workout Community, today I bring you a routine to strengthen and train the front lever.

    1- Tuck de front avanzado
    1- Advanced Front Tuck
    Un ejercicio base para trabajar el front lever en sus inicios, en este ejercicio isométrico llevaremos las rodillas al pecho y la pondremos al nivel de la barra.
    A basic exercise to work the front lever in its beginnings, in this isometric exercise we will bring the knees to the chest and we will put it at the level of the bar.


    2- Max.seg en front lever cerrado
    2- Max.sec in closed front lever
    En este ejercicio utilizaremos la liga para asistirnos al momento de realizar este movimiento, y llevarlo al fallo. Es importante tener una apertura cerrada al ejecutarlo.
    In this exercise we will use the garter to assist us when performing this movement, and take it to failure. It is important to have a closed opening when performing it.

    3- Palanca de tuck de front
    3- Front tuck lever
    Desde aquí partiremos de una posición desde abajo pero con las piernas recogidas y subir el tuck de front desde ahí.
    From here we will start from a position from below but with the legs tucked in and raise the front tuck from there.

    4- Tuck de touch
    4- Tuck de touch
    Partiremos en posición de touch con las piernas recogidas, y así quedar con un tranque en tuck avanzado.
    We will start in touch position with our legs tucked in, so that we are in an advanced tuck position.

    5- De L-sit a front lever
    5-From L-sit to front lever
    Utilizaremos la liga para asistir el movimiento del front lever, entonces nos posicionaremos en forma de l-sit y de ahi, activar el lumbar y quedar en posición de front lever.
    We will use the garter to assist the movement of the front lever, then we will position ourselves in an l-sit and from there, activate the lumbar and get in front lever position.
