    Hola comunidad de Street Workout Community, hoy les he traído un tutorial para obtener el movimiento estático denominado elbow planche el cual es uno de los movimiento estáticos mas fáciles para aquellos que inician en el street workout.
    Hello Street Workout Community, today I have brought you a tutorial to obtain the static movement called elbow planche which is one of the easiest static movements for those who start in the street workout.

    1- Mantener el punto de apoyo fijo
    1- Keep the fulcrum fixed
    Debes apoyar tus codos en tu zona abdominal para tener ese punto de apoyo para realizar y ejecutar este movimiento, importante saber que al mantener ese punto de apoyo fijo, debes concentrarte en subir las piernas para tener una buena postura.
    You must support your elbows in your abdominal area to have that support point to perform and execute this movement, it is important to know that by keeping that fixed support point, you must concentrate on raising your legs to have a good posture.


    2- Tener un control y equilibrio base
    2- Have a basic control and balance
    Muchos atletas al comenzar a practicar este movimiento no lo consiguen ya que pierden el equilibrio a la hora de realizarlo y por ende no les sale el movimiento estático, por eso practicar el equilibrio es muy importante cuando vayas hacer la elbow planche.
    Many athletes when they start practicing this movement do not get it because they lose their balance when doing it and therefore the static movement does not come out, so practicing balance is very important when you are going to do the elbow planche.

    3- Reforzar la zona del core
    3- Strengthen the core area
    A la hora de realizar este movimiento algunos principiantes del street workout suelen sentir mucha presión en el abdomen y por ende genera una incomodidad por eso es bueno tener un buen abdomen para evitar eso.
    When performing this movement, some street workout beginners usually feel a lot of pressure on the abdomen and therefore it generates discomfort, so it is good to have a good abdomen to avoid that.

    Consiste en realizar la elbow planche con tu brazo dominante, para esto se necesita un gran equilibrio y control del movimiento antes de pasar a practicar esta variación.
    It consists of performing the elbow planche with your dominant arm, for this you need a great balance and control of the movement before moving on to practice this variation.
