Let's DIY a desk organizer

Hello guys!I hope you all are good and enjoying good health.How was your weekend? As for me I am doing good.But the temperature these days just wont let me do anything.I wasted two days of my weekend sleeping.And today I thought i should do something productive.Actually In my hostel there is no specific place to keep my things like stationary etc.So I thought I should make something where I can put all my pencils and stuff collectively and also it should look nice.So I came up with the idea of DIY a pencil box 📦.

Material required

1-card board
2- scissors ✂️
3- glue
4- UHU
5-A4 paper
6-scale

The process

I started with cutting squares for the box.First I cut them a bit bigger then
i realized they are too big then cut them smaller.

Then I covered the squares with A4 paper.

After that I was joining the sides of the box.At first I was going to make a square box but during the process of joining the sides I thought I should Make it hexagon with two compartments.

Then I prepared the base of box from the cardboard and covered it with A4 paper.

Then I attached it with the box.The box was ready but it was looking boring.So I thought I should use some colored A4 papers on the sides to make it look prettier.

After that i was still not satisfied.so I thought i should make some butterflies. I am really not good at cutting those.so I asked my sister to help me.She cut the butterfly but I didn't like it.so I watched a tutorial and made them myself amd they came out so good.

I first drew them on the paper and then cut them. And at that point I was proud of myself.

After that the box was ready. I was wanting to right something on it.I thought alot and even googled some quotes but none of them were matching the vibes of the box.So I made something myself.i wrote

* Are you done? Now please put my things back*

This will remind me every time that when I am done with my work I need to put all things in the box that belongs to it. It was innotive I guess(😁).And this is the final look.I also changed the borderline at last.

It has alot of space.I put all things inside it.
This was all about the box.
