    Hello People,

    Welcome to my VLOG today I am going to share with you guys, the recipe to make Soya Chaap Curry.


    I must say it is very much liked in India. It is also known as vegetarian meat. Soya chaap is famous among youth in India as it has very soft texture while eating.

    Now let me talk about the Ingredients:

    • Onion - 2 Chopped
    • Tomato - 4 (Puree)
    • Ginger - 1 Inch
    • Garlic - 6 Cloves
    • Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
    • Soya Chaap - 250 gm
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander Powder - 2 Tbsp
    • Turmeric Powder - Half TBSP
    • Red Chili - 1 Tbsp
    • Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
    • Oil for Shallow Frying - 3 Tbsp
    • Oil for Cooking - 2 Tbsp
    • Creme - 2 Tbsp
    • Fresh Creme

    Now the Process:

    Process of Shallow frying of Soya Chaap

    Take a pan and heat it for 2 minutes, then add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add soya Chaap to the pan and fry until it gets golden brown.

    Take another pan and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds and then add chopped onions to the pan, cook the onions until it changes its colour to brown during this process add salt to it as it will make onion to cook quickly.

    Now its time to add all the spices Turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili and Garam masala roast it for 1 minute and then add tomato puree. Let the gravy cook and soak water on medium flame for 5 -7 minutes. Now add soya chaap to the pan and close the lid of the pan and cook it for another 5 minutes on low flame. Just smell the Aroma, perfect isn't it?

    It's time to add fresh creme to garnish. TADAAA!!! Soya Chaap Curry is ready to serve!!
