Greetings 3speakers from HIVE, today I woke up very early, because I decided to start some daily exercise routines, to put my body into activity, since I had not exercised for more than two months; after a week I will resume the jogging routine; here I share with you a short video of this exercise routine that I do. The video is part of an audiovisual exercise that I devised to improve my skills in this artistic field; I hope this post is to your liking, good vibes 🖖🏼. Saludos 3speakers de HIVE, hoy desperté muy temprano, porque me propuse iniciar unas rutinas de ejercicios diarias, para poner en actividad mi cuerpo, ya que tenía mas de dos meses que no realizo ejercicios; luego de una semana retomaré la rutina de trotar; aquí comparto con ustedes un corto vídeo de esta rutina de ejercicios que realice. El video es parte de un ejercicio audiovisual que idee para ir mejorando mis habilidades en ese ámbito artístico; espero este post sea de su agrado, buenas vibras 🖖🏼.
