Be patient. You may not overcome your fear of wasps and bees in one session.
Practice relaxation in general. This will help you regulate your anxiety level in all situations, including an encounter with wasps or bees.
When you see or are near a bee or wasp, try to think of anything other than the bee or wasp. For example, if you're walking your dog and you see a bee, focus on your dog. Remind yourself that as long as you don't bother or annoy the bee and make it think you want to hurt it, it won't care that you're there.
If you have an allergy to wasps or bees, you can take steps to keep them away from your home, but you should still try to minimize your fear so you'll know how to handle the situation if you spot one away from home.
