If you search on the internet, you will see different articles, blogs, videos talking about mental health, mental illness, and satisfaction. I guess mental satisfaction, inner satisfaction both are similar and related to inner peace as well. Just my thoughts. Somehow I never ashamed of talking about mental health, issues because I have gone through it and I know how it feels to be in a certain period and we all go through it more or less.
