Too much expectations will break your heart - Life Talk

Hey everyone, Hope you are doing good...

One of my colleagues once told me " Don't expect too much from people, you will get hurt " and I recall her words every single day. We, humans always expect too much, maybe from our parents or maybe from our partner. Because of high expectations, our hope and demand level increase and if they are unable to fulfill our expectations, it breaks our hearts. What is the solution exactly?? We should stop expecting?
