Hi Everyone,
It's the festival season here in India. Even after the lockdown and all the restrictions We all have found a way to manage pit stuffs.
The sweet is made up of fried chickpeas with dry coconut, and all purpose flour holds the mixture together when fried.
These sweets are very common here in India on Ganesha Chaturti and every childhood sweet and some incidents linked to it should be there for every child.
The sweet names slowly called as the Mo-Duck are used in prayers and our offerings to lord ganesha before we perform pooja on Ganesha Chaturti.
Here are some photographs that I managed to click while I was capturing the video.
The Modaka getting fried in hot cooking oil.
Below is the mixture used as fillers for Modaka. A sweet mixture of fried chickpeas, grated dry coconut, sugar and few other spices ( very less)
The dough to prepare the leaf's that when closed to hold the mixture in them 🙂
Hope this was a great thing to be prepared during Ganesha Chaturti. Will be back with a new video on Threespeak soon.
Tale care and have a healthy day 🙂🙂
