You need
Bitter gourd
onions
Tomatoes
Green chili
curry leaves and coriander
Cooking oil
I used the below powders
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
garam masala
The bitter gourd needs to be fried in lite oil before cooking so that it sheds most of the bitter taste
