    BabyCorn Manchurian - Easy Tasty and the best for beginners 😊

    My previous posts was till we fry the Babycorn and have them crispy. With out wasting much of the time let's get to know how to make a Manchurian ( an Indian Style ) ( Not an Expert )

    How to - Manchurian

    All you need to make a manchurian is the basic

    • chopped onions
    • Green chilli or chilli sauce
    • garlic paste or garlic slices
    • Cilantro
    • Cooking oil

    That's all and those who are familiar with their kitchen can try few more things like cumin powder or coriander powder or Garam masala or some chicken masala powders.

    And to make it sweet you need to have

    • Soya Sauce
    • Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
    • Sesame seeds

    Process or the steps to preparation

    • Have the fried Babycorn in a separate plate or container
      In a different Pan

    • Add cooking oil ( 2 tsp )

    • Garlic slices and chilli sauce or slices

    • then Onions ( Chopped as desired)

    Fry for few min. When Onions turn brown red, start the next steps

    • Add Soya sauce
    • Add Ketchup
    • Add Sesame seeds
    • Add Fried Babycorn

    And fry it for 30 seconds while you mix them all.
