Hey Everyone,
Here todays breakfast is again Uppi2. We make Uppi2 often as in once in a week atleast. When we go for work, we need to spend a little time traveling before we reach our work place. It is hectic and takes more energy and life to travel to and from office. 90% of them will always stay away from office place.
One reason being comfortable with specific area and or not liking the place near office area. Lot other factors are involved in here. But to fill the gaps in energy levels, Uppi2 helps solidly 😊
It is smaller granular broken wheat type - called Sooji is cooked with the basic indian cooking starters - Onions tomatoes and chilis
The video was captured while I was preparing todays breakfast. And while I capture the video, I clicked couple of photographs of Uppi2 cooking process
